Where we live, and in what type of accommodation we live, makes a fundamental difference to our mental and physical health and wellbeing. It is our aspiration that everyone in Wolverhampton should have a safe and secure place to live and call home.
The final report of the Leader’s Rough Sleeping Task Team highlights the city-wide partnership action that has taken place since 2017 to tackle rough sleeping in the city and the steps being taken to further strengthen activity to prevent people becoming homeless and sleeping rough.
The report also highlights the ways local people, business, faith groups and the voluntary sector have come together to make a positive difference and opportunities to continue to support efforts to ensure no-one has to sleep rough in our city.
